This section contains meditations and breathing exercises. Practice is the key, find which one appeals to you, and practice practice practice. What is meditation? Is essentially the focus of the mind. That is a very simplistic statement. But, whole volumes have been written on the subject. Space and practicality does not allow a complex intellectual debate, as to definitions and explanations. Every religion contains some form of meditation, from Christian contemplation to Moslem prayer. All you need to know is that it works and the results far out way the efforts. Meditation has been scientifically proven to reduce stress levels, increase energy and concentration. Subjects were found to experience “peace of mind”. What price can you put on that? In a society that seems hell bent on an ever accelerating pace, mediation has never been more necessary. Regular practice will ensure that magical insights can be experienced by each individual. Knowledge is power. It is our only wish that the wisdom gained can be used to the positive.
Exercise one: Sending love
Exercise two
Exercise three
1.) Generate a pink feeling of love in your heart. Expand this feeling to two feet around you. When you feel a tingling sensation, raise your consciousness to about two feet above your head. You are in essence connecting with your higher self. 2.) Now visualize the earth. Expand the pink cloud to cover the world. Hold the picture for at least two minutes. If your mind wanders, gently guide it back to the picture of the earth. 3.) Now focus on any trouble spots in the world and focus the pink light in the area. For example; Bosnia, or any part of the earth feeling Mother-earth in balance, i.e. fire, flood, or earthquake. Exercises one, two, and three can be practiced two or three times a day. The Practitioner will experience heightened sensitivity and energy. An effect worth noting is that one’s immune system becomes greatly strengthened. May you have lots of fun and insight. Subscribers to our newsletter will find further exercises published in each new edition. |

The following exercise is just one example of how the archetypes and images of the Grail legend can be used to search for self -knowledge. The details will change each time you practice the exercise. Make yourself comfortable in a chair. Close your eyes. Breathe deeply, concentrating on your breath, counting it in cycles of three until you feel relaxed. Then imagine entering a peaceful wooded glade. Take your time and note as much detail as you can. After a few moments, you notice a door at the far end of the glade partially hidden by vines. Brush these aside and push the door gently open. Step inside and, as your eyes adjust to the light, you find you are inside a secret chamber. Again, take your time to fill in the details. What kind of chamber is it? Highly decorated or hewn roughly from the earth? Before you, at the far end of the chamber, is an altar upon which you glimpse the outline of a chalice. This is the Grail for which you have searched for so long and endured so much. Take a few minutes and ask any questions you desire, or simply ask what message the Grail has for you at this moment in your life. Then approach the Grail, pick it up and look into it. What is written inside the chalice? If you see nothing now, do not despair. The answer may come in a day or two. Now replace the cup and, as soon as you feel ready to leave the hidden chamber, go back the way you came. Return gently to normal consciousness
by counting from 10 down to 1. Analyzing the imagery after each exercise
should reveal much about your subconscious state, secret fears and aspirations.
